History

Note: In order to reach the View History page, the RoleThe role is a collection of system features. Each feature has an access level of either read-only or edit. A role is assigned to a user. The user has access to the features found in the role. of the Logged-in UserAn IntelliTrack user has an account with IntelliTrack and uses the software; is active in the system; has a valid username and password; is assigned to at least one division and one site; has a default division and a default site. The user is designated as either an Administrative User or a Standard User. must include the History featureThis feature grants user access to the View History page. It contains read-only access. When the user has this feature, the Reports > History option is enabled..

To reach the View History page, select Reports > History from the navigation pane.

The View History page appears; it shows transaction history for the default division of the logged-in user.

A Field ChooserThe Field Chooser is a dialog window. Use the Field Chooser to add or remove optional fields to the page's grid. is available at the View History page; it is used to ADD or REMOVE an optional field or fields from the View History page grid (see "Field Chooser - History Page"). To open the Field Chooser, select the Field Chooser icon . The Field Chooser appears; it lists the optional fields in the View History page. To add an optional field to the page grid, mark the checkbox to the left of the field.

The View History page contains the following features:

• Field Chooser: Add or remove an optional field at this page with the Field Chooser.
• Group panel and Column panel: Group information by a column header.
• Filter Options: Filter information by column.
• Sort column data: Sort column data in ascending or descending order.
• Export page data: the View History page contains export buttons; use them to export page data to the following file formats: PDF, XLS, XLSX, RTF, or CSV.
• Page size and grid pager: you may select the page size from 10, 20, or 50 records. You may navigate from page to page by pressing the right and left arrows at the bottom of the page grid.
